I love finding new products that solve a frustration in my life. Gosh I get down right giddy when this happens. So imagine my delight when not only did I discover a planner that filled a void for me but the creator, Corrie of Chaos…Simplified, is Canadian and living in the same province I’ll be moving to. I love to support other women but rarely do I get to promote another Canadian woman. So great!
I’m not even sure now how I first heard about this company but boy am I sure glad I did because I was thrilled to try out the awesome Womans Day Planner. A planner that offers a unique format that has made my life so much easier. Why? Because I like to see a full month calendar at all times as well as have space on a week by week calendar for more detailed planning WITHOUT having to flip back and forth. Flipping back and forth has always annoyed me. A lot. I’ve always wondered why I couldn’t see both at the same time. Well you can with the Womans Day Planner and what makes it unique is the way the pages are split so you can flip through the weeks while still having the month view remain constant. It’s hard to explain but in this picture you can see how the pages are divided.
Seriously it’s brilliant! So much easier to get an accurate picture of what you have going on not only for the week but the entire month as well at the same time.
Let’s face it as moms our schedules can get pretty chaotic and without a little planning and organization we can easily get overwhelmed and scattered. We need somewhere to “brain dump” in order to get all that clutter out of our heads and onto paper making it easier to sleep at night. This uniquely designed planner will help you do just that! There’s even space on the weekly view to plan your dinner menu
You have the benefits that a week-at-a-view planner offers (the space to plan) while at the same time it keeps the entire month in view so you can ensure that all your week plans coincide with what’s ahead. No more flipping back and forth, the month is either straight across the top of the page and the each week for the month is across the bottom or vice versa so the planner isn’t bottom or top heavy.
You have the room to plan your week . . . all the while keeping your full month in view so nothing slips past you!
At the beginning of every month there is also space for planning your monthly finances and goals along with room for additional notes. It’s wire bound so it lays flat when opened. The planner is 8×10 in size, runs from January 2010 to January 2011 and sells online for $28.95 Cdn (use code Spring2010 to get 15% off ~ enter into the box near the bottom on the right hand side of page -not in the voucher section)
The only suggestion I gave Corrie for improvement was to bold the days of the week to provide visual interest and help separate the two views. I love that she was totally receptive to that for future publishings.
Also watch for the NEW Girls Day Planner set to be released in July 2010. Perfect for girls ages 11-16.
Today Corrie is offering to giveaway, to one lucky random commenter, one copy of the 2010 Womans Day Planner. To enter simply leave a comment on this post, prior to April 5th at 12:00 pm PST answering the following question.
What is the hardest thing to keep track of in your schedule?

With three kids in three different schools the hardest thing to keep track of is what kid is doing what each day. I one in band, 2 are in show Choir, and one is in school plays besdies and rehearsals are always different days at different time and we won’t even discuss the concert times and days that either fall on the same day as someone else or at least the very same week.
Karen (singingclaypearl) on April 1st, 2010 8:35 am
I definitely need this! My husband and I are both students with two under-5 little ones. We go to school full-time (both of us), are going for education degrees, and I’m in charge of organizing our lives seamlessly. Keeping track of class schedules, assignments (both mine and his since my husband doesn’t have a head for prioritizing his time), doctor’s appointments, church events, concerts I have to perform in, extended family events, and the kids’ daycare “family-fun” days is a LOT of work! This planner would make things SO much easier for this stressed-out student mama!

My never-ending To-Do list!!! It seems as though everytime I remember something to add to my list, it pushes something else out *lol*
Tammy Egbert on April 1st, 2010 8:51 am
Wow! I have not seen any planner like this. It encompasses almost aspects of life! We run crazy 24/7! We have 4 kids @ 3 different schools, with carpool schedules, they all play sports, and have a wide variety of interests. I also have started watching my friends kids during the day! This planner would help me streamline daily life! LIfe is good when mama is organized and ready to take on the world!!
Laurel on April 1st, 2010 8:53 am
You know what they say about a retired or semi-retired person. There is never enough time in the day to accomplish everything. That is, if you can remember what they are!
Yeah, a calendar like this would be awesome.
Jessica on April 1st, 2010 9:20 am
Absolutely the sports schedule – there is always something added in at the last minute, and then it changes everything else that was planned around the current schedule!
Michelle "Chaos Caretaker" on April 1st, 2010 9:21 am
For years I kept a written calendar, alas with a techie husband, I have surrendered to the way of the synchronized online calendar (is it safe to say, I still print a copy out to carry with me?) I have always wanted a system of seeing my day and month at the same time. What an ingenious system. Maybe we just won’t mention to hubby that I reverted. What say you?
Vonda Harrison on April 1st, 2010 9:24 am
This truly IS a great find! The whole month plus the current week all on the same “view”. Awesome!
I could really benefit from this, as well as my schedule, the kids, etc., etc.,
Thank you!
amanda on April 1st, 2010 9:25 am
i’ve been searching for a good planner for awhile. so i’d love to win this!
Alicia on April 1st, 2010 9:27 am
Oh this is perfect! I always find myself writing birthdays in the month view, only to forget them because I usually have the page open to the weekly view. Genius!
Sydnee on April 1st, 2010 9:27 am
My “To Do List” keeps getting longer and longer and I have sticky notes almost everywhere I can think of. And then I lose track of where I put them, especially the ones that have to be done right away and I couldn’t remember what it was, so I forget what it was that I was supposed to be doing, and lose track of time, and such. I am also going to head back to school to get my Master’s Degree, and this planner would be very helpful! Also, I struggle keeping track of family, their birthdays and special occasions because we live states away from them. This planner would really help keep my life organized.
Barbie on April 1st, 2010 9:27 am
With 5 kids, it’s hard to keep track of where everyone is and where they need to be. Next year I will have one in kindergarten, one in elementary, one in jr. high, one in high school and one in college. Help me!
Rhonda on April 1st, 2010 9:29 am
I would love this! I always loose the dentist appointment cards. This could save us a ton of money!
Tammy Wright on April 1st, 2010 9:33 am
Oh how fun it would be to win this Planner! I, too, have had a time finding a planner that would meet the needs of my family’s scheduling! This looks like it’s the one!! Thank you for having the contest and for your great site!!!
Sarah N on April 1st, 2010 9:34 am
Between kid’s school activities, sports, church responsibilities, doctor’s appointments – I am so scared I am forgetting something! This would be great!
suzanne on April 1st, 2010 9:38 am
I do a lot of volunteering! And i do forget meetings/things i should be picking up etc.. A lot
Nadine S on April 1st, 2010 9:38 am
Keeping the kids all straight. I have three little ones and between school and activities, remembering who is going where and what everyone needs on any given day is a challenge. This day planner looks wonderful!
kerry on April 1st, 2010 9:38 am
I would love to have my lists for home/ homeschool/ appointments/ and general to-do’s all in one place. Thanks for all your good advice!
Lyn on April 1st, 2010 9:39 am
LOVE IT! Two kids, husband, elderly mother, part time job, church volunteer job, etc etc etc!!! Need it!!
Angela on April 1st, 2010 9:43 am
We love the library & use the one at school, county, & also church. Sometimes it’s hard to keep try of all the books. The kids keep their school library books at school or in their backpacks. I have seperate shelves to keep track of the county & church books (and no books are allowed to stay in the kids rooms over night as we’ve found many behind the bed or deep inside the covers!
Melanie on April 1st, 2010 9:45 am
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this planner! This is a great idea!
I have a hard-time keeping track of *everything*. Maybe an easier question would be “what do you keep track of effortlessly” — um… nothing?
I have a hard time keeping track of all our our dental/dr/haircut appointments, school functions, when my husband will be in/out of town (he is a pilot), my ‘To Do’ list, BIRTHDAYS! (I am the worst!), work deadlines (I work full time), church functions, etc. etc. etc….
Thanks for this post!
Lisa Lupien on April 1st, 2010 9:52 am
I too hate the flipping back and forth between the monthly and weekly schedules. This would be ideal for the sport schedule planning of up coming tournaments and dance recitals.
Dawnll on April 1st, 2010 9:53 am
Oh I would love to win this planner. I search and try so many planners each year…sounds like this is the one I need.
Would make a great birthday gift to me…wink wink My birthday is Saturday!
Mari Larkin on April 1st, 2010 9:53 am
This really is awesome. I really could use one. Love the idea.
Kristan on April 1st, 2010 9:59 am
Coordinating school, church, sports, music lessons, Dr.’s appointments, and LIFE would be a great relief! Thanks for offering this give-away! I’m curious if there is a spot to plan the weekly menu???
Erin on April 1st, 2010 10:03 am
I’ve been on a hunt for the perfect planner for years! Perhaps this is finally the one. I love that it lays flat.
Kathy on April 1st, 2010 10:05 am
Bills! I have such a hard time keeping track of those few bills that are still paper! And with 2 kids and a husband that is in school and works 2 different jobs trying to remember where everyone is at any given time is enough to drive me insane! This planner looks awesome!
Vicki on April 1st, 2010 10:07 am
I’m an organizer junkie – always looking for that right one that will keep me on track! I’d love to try this one. (I agree with the previous poster about it laying flat – a must!)
Thanks for the chance!
Heidi on April 1st, 2010 10:09 am
What a great idea, I’d love to have something like this to keep track of 5 kids and all their activities, which is always a challenge.
Jenny Haydon on April 1st, 2010 10:09 am
I would love to have this planner! I have 3 kids in school, activities, a husband in school and work for myself. This would be awesome!
Susan G on April 1st, 2010 10:13 am
LOVE the planner! Seeing the month and the week at the same time is GREAT as that is my biggest beef about so many planners…and I’ve tried A LOT! May have to order myself one if I don’t win this one.
Stephanie on April 1st, 2010 10:14 am
Love it! I could definitely use one of these.
Shanita on April 1st, 2010 10:14 am
I just assembled a family binder but this planner would be perfect for me!
Wendy on April 1st, 2010 10:16 am
Knowing where everyone needs to be and when they need to be there. I was never a calendar person when I was younger b/c I seemed to remember things. Now I am completely lost without my calendar.
Tracie on April 1st, 2010 10:17 am
With 5 boys, band, sports and college, this would be a PERFECT solution for me.
Shaylin on April 1st, 2010 10:18 am
I never did buy a real calendar to hang up on the wall this year, so it’s been hard to keep track of everything! The hardest would probably be my husband’s schedule. He is back in school but his schedule changed every week and it’s hard to remember which nights he will be home for dinner and what weekends he will be in class.
Marjorie on April 1st, 2010 10:20 am
I seriously need this. I’m pitiful at managing my time.
Wendy on April 1st, 2010 10:25 am
My husband’s rotating work schedule is so hard for me to keep track of. This would be the right size to take along with me and keep all my post it note lists in one place!
manizor on April 1st, 2010 10:30 am
my husband’s schedule! he forgets to tell me things until the day of, making it hard to plan!
this thing looks awesome!
Kim @ Homesteader's Heart on April 1st, 2010 10:33 am
Oh that looks so cute. I would have to say my hardest thing to keep track of is my cleaning schedule. It’s always getting messed up for one reason or another.
Kate on April 1st, 2010 10:35 am
How brilliant! We have 5 children under 3 years (no- no multiples- just a mix of biological and adopted) and I hate getting planners that have the month and weeks separated- I end up not even using the week pages because I can’t stand to not be able to see the whole month! This is ingenious! Why didn’t I think of it!?!
Angela Fowler on April 1st, 2010 10:35 am
Doctor’s & Dentist appts since most of them are made so far in advance.
Loretta on April 1st, 2010 10:36 am
I have always been annoyed at having to flip back and forth pages in planners. Finally one where you can see it all at once! I would absolutely be thrilled to here I won this planner.
Need A Nap2 on April 1st, 2010 10:36 am
I like the 8×10 size, not too big but big enough to handle my family of 6!
Pam on April 1st, 2010 10:38 am
Ooooh…
I want one! I just started an in-home daycare, and with my own three kids ages 4 and under in the mix, I’m always forgetting something! What a cool solution.
Mary Lou on April 1st, 2010 10:40 am
Awesome planner!
Dawn on April 1st, 2010 10:43 am
Last year I switched to using the calendar in my phone. It worked great until I got a huge gouge in my touch screen. Being a divorced mom with no help, 2 kids involved in softball, soccer, & school activities, not to mention the 2 organizations that I volunteer for, and work this planner would be a real asset.
Leslie Barton on April 1st, 2010 10:49 am
I find the hardest thing to keep track of is the schedule itself. I just have not found a good system to keep it all straight. I have a desk calendar in our classroom, a web-based calendar and a calendar on my phone. Information overload! I would love to be able to organize everything in one place. And if it’s a cute little notebook (which that one is), all the better!
Michele on April 1st, 2010 10:49 am
I have a hard time keeping track of my son’s doctor appointments. He has special needs and has to see different doctors. Many times I am scheduling into the next year.
larra on April 1st, 2010 10:51 am
I have 2 little ones plus am a part-time wedding photographer. i’ve been searching for a calendar that would allow me the space to to keep my REAL life organized, on top of my photography.
Amy @ Finer Things on April 1st, 2010 10:55 am
Ballgames, community activities, picture day! I’ve tried so many planners and haven’t stuck with any of them. Maybe this is the one for me!
Cassia Barberena on April 1st, 2010 10:57 am
This look like a perfect day planner. I have two different planners. A weekly one and a monthly one. The hardest thing to keep track of is my children’s activities, i.e. dr.’s appointments, tutors, sports, TAKS tests, school events, when they are supposed to be with their other parent (my children with their dad and my step-daughter with her mother).
I am OCD about using calendars, I have my life written on my calendar for the next 12 months. I need to look way ahead and see what is going on 3, 4, 5 months from now.
kami on April 1st, 2010 10:57 am
i have a hard time keeping track of my husband’s work schedule. He is a nurse so his schedule and my kid’s daycare schedule changes ever week.
Ashley on April 1st, 2010 10:57 am
This is an awesome planner.
Melissa on April 1st, 2010 10:58 am
I guess I will comment here too! I would LOVE one of these. I am feeling like my life is a little out of control right now with 2 kids under 4 years old and both my husband and I work outside the home full-time (and spend about 2 hours a day commuting on top of that) and we are really involved with our church and softball and everything else so this would be a GREAT tool for me to have!! PLEASE pick me! LOL! Thanks and have a great Easter!!!
Helen Nicholas on April 1st, 2010 10:59 am
Every day life can be kaotic at times but when you have 2 kids ages five and two, volunteer at church, going to school full time. Also ad Financial Peace University by Dave Ramsey, girls scouts, dance/tap class…Sometimes dr appointments slip up on me. My life is fun and wouldn’t change it except to be organized…
Dawn on April 1st, 2010 11:02 am
This looks great – I always have scheduling difficulties because I babysit part-time for 4 different families. Keeping their schedules, plus our kid outting schedules, and church activities – its getting a little hairy. I usually use a desktop monthly calendar magnetized to my fridge but it sure would be nice to be portable.
Ashly on April 1st, 2010 11:07 am
I live by my planner so I don’t know that there is much that is difficult for me to track. The hardest thing for me is condensing all my tracking…I have a work planner, a budget planner, a menu planner, a personal planner and what I really need is a cohesive place to keep it all.
Amanda Smith on April 1st, 2010 11:07 am
That looks fantastic! I like planners with month and week views – but its so hard to find week views that don’t give super-small spaces for the weekend. Who has so little going on then?!
chris sterr on April 1st, 2010 11:08 am
Sounds perfect!!!!
Katie Anderson on April 1st, 2010 11:10 am
Finances! I always have to write down when my bills are due or I forget to pay them!
Tami on April 1st, 2010 11:13 am
I’d love to try this. I haven’t been able to find anything that really works for me yet. Right now it’s not too bad but soon I’ll have 3 kids in one school and the oldest in middle school. Not to mention we’ve got 2 businesses to run. I’ve got to figure this out before we get behind!
Melinda on April 1st, 2010 11:19 am
At this age, coming up on that wonderful “change” – it’s hard to remember EVERYTHING!! I love this planner and going right now to see if they ship to the US!
Sue on April 1st, 2010 11:21 am
I find it hardest to keep track of all of our sports and activities. I play soccer two nights a week and both my daughters also play. Add in some piano lessons and Girl Guides and Brownies and we are fully scheduled. This planner looks amazing – it would be perfect for me. Also looking forward to seeing the one for girls aged 11-16 as my daughter is turning 12 and going into middle school this fall!
Joy @ Frugal Menu Mamas on April 1st, 2010 11:25 am
The hardest thing to keep up with is my husband’s schedule!
Not sure if this would fix that, but I’d love to try.
Diana on April 1st, 2010 11:26 am
My kids, my husband, and my own schedule. And, we are renovating a house. Too many people and things going too many different directions!
Vonnie on April 1st, 2010 11:28 am
You always find the most awesome things!
What is the hardest thing to keep track of in my schedule? Well, EVERYTHING! I have three small children who are 8 months old, 2 years old, and 4 years old. I home school my kids (my oldest starts 1st grade this fall, my middle child in preK) and both my husband and I go to school. My assignments, his assignments, the kids’ lessons, play dates, doctor appointments, home-school cooperative, what needs to be done in the house, who is making dinner that night… Life is pretty hectic and I never have enough paper to organize it all. LOL
Rebecca on April 1st, 2010 11:34 am
Oh I <3 this planner! Flipping back and forth IS annoying. The hardest thing for me to schedule is time for myself. I just made an appointment to get my hair done tomorrow and realized it's been one year since I've done so. The other thing that is difficult for me to keep track of is my husband's work schedule & appointments that are ever changing.
TallyMichelle on April 1st, 2010 11:36 am
I just got a part-time job to help with our finances, and I keep missing things…like not asking off for this Saturday, so now I’m working while hubs takes the littles to the church egg hunt.

Has anyone tried to order one? I tried and the code Spring2010 would not take.

I’m a new Mom and have been having a lot of trouble getting into a schedule/routine to get my life back on track. A daily planner is exactly what I need!
Vickie on April 1st, 2010 11:47 am
I really dislike that flipping back and forth also. Probably the hardest thing to keep track of is paying those bills on time.
Christine on April 1st, 2010 11:48 am
My biggest schedule struggle is the kids. I have 4 kids, 3 in 3 different schools! Their vacations, days off and minimum days are ALL DIFFERENT and it drives me crazy! Even when I DO remember it all I stress out that I’ve forgotten SOMETHING. LOL I don’t have a planner that really works for me and I think this one just might! Thanks so much for the giveaway!
Beth Ann on April 1st, 2010 11:48 am
I always fall for new calendars and such, but this one looks unique. I’m sure any mom could use this; I know I sure could!
Sela on April 1st, 2010 11:49 am
I think the hardest part to keep track of right now is play dates and other things I agree to do with or for my friends. I have two kids under 4, and we’re mostly at home, which is why I think I have a hard time remembering those other things
Thanks for the giveaway!
Connie Amaya on April 1st, 2010 11:50 am
I am a single mom of two boys, I work full time and attend school 3/4 time. It is really hard to remember all the events going on at any given time. This planner seems perfect since it not only gives you room to plan events but also the finances. What a great giveaway.

The hardest thing for me to keep track of is the step I need to take for a project or event. I may have the event marked on my calendar, but when I get to that day I realize I haven’t done anything to prepare for it. Need a way of keeping track of what needs to be done and when for those types of thing.
Nicholle on April 1st, 2010 12:01 pm
With 4 kids and an absent-minded hubby I gotta say this kinda thing would be perfect for me! Keep tracking of appointments for everything from doctors to IEP meetings is by far the hardest thing for me keep track of!
Harmony on April 1st, 2010 12:02 pm
The Dr., dentist, eye doctor, etc. Those appointments can be hard to keep track of! Especially dentist and eye appointments since they can be book a year in advance!
cindy on April 1st, 2010 12:04 pm
That is one cool planner!
The thing I am trying so hard to keep a good schedule for is the family meal plan. I’ve been terrible at the whole process recently and it’s something that gets so expensive if I get lazy or confused, because I buy unnecessary things at the store, or end up wasting food, or ordering out because I’m too lazy!
Most dayplanners I have seen don’t have enough room to keep track of the day’s events, plus the weekly menu.
Melissa on April 1st, 2010 12:15 pm
Keeping work stuff separated from home stuff. Thank you!

I’d say the hardest thing in my schedule to keep track of is ME time! I’m a new mom, well relatively new, my daughter is almost 7 months old. I haven’t quite develped a good balance to my schedule yet to plan in some Mom time between my husband’s activities. He works full time and goes to school full time.

I’d say the hardest thing to keep track of on a schedule is my list of to-dos – and putting them to days and if they didn’t get done…making sure they are not forgotten going forward.

I find it hard to keep track of everyone’s schedules because I have 5 kids between 4K and High school and in three different schools. They all have different schedules for activities plus keeping track of what my husband and I have going on also.

Keeping up with my husband’s schedule can be somewhat challenging. As a pastor, in addition to his normal work hours he has other activities, meetings and events that he must attend. At times it can be pretty challenging knowing what’s on the schedule; especially being a family of six.

My hardest problem is sports. With 3 boys sometimes playing 3 different sports at opposite ends of town, they sometimes overlap so I tried to color code everything but very quickly got overwhelmed with the multitude of colors on one small block. LOL

The hardest thing for me to keep track of it all the doctor appointments I have to schedule 3 and 6 months out. It means my current planner is huge and overflowing to keep it all straight.
Kori on April 1st, 2010 4:29 pm
Between my six classes, work, tutoring, and meetings galore it would be nice to have a planner that doesn’t make life MORE complicated. And one can never have too many planners.
Marilyn on April 1st, 2010 4:50 pm
Love this planner. Why did I not think of it????
Bette Vangen on April 1st, 2010 4:52 pm
Great organization…….. My difficulty comes when I enter a 6 PM event on, let’s say Tuesday, and then a few days later there’s a 2 PM event on that same Tuesday and then a few days later I need to enter a 10AM event, also on that Tuesday……. I usually write the 1st entry so big and in the wrong position, so by the time all the entries are noted, I have squished so many details into a square, but not necessarily sequencially……… that’s the way it goes for me!!
Rona on April 1st, 2010 5:21 pm
Very cool.
Leah W on April 1st, 2010 6:07 pm
Church, husband, work, music schedule, Sunday School socials, weekend adventures…you get the idea! I am always going going going that I look at each day and hope I didn’t miss something! I’ve tried so many things, but I can’t seem to get them all in the same place (online, calendar in purse, etc) so it makes it very easy to let one event slip my mind and not realize until someone asks me where I was!
Claudia on April 1st, 2010 6:12 pm
the hardest thing for me is to keep my weekly to do in a central place so that it’s always visible to me.

My To Do List for sure. It seems like it gets larger as the week goes by. I never seem to get caught up. Thanks for the giveaway!

I work full time and run the house. I’m married but my husband is a great help but I seem to be in charge of the family money and the family schedule. Everyone always asks me “hey mom, do we have plans this Saturday”. I’m ok with remembering most but this could sure help with getting it out of my head where everyone could see it.
Kelly on April 1st, 2010 6:54 pm
This planner looks awesome! I have a 2 year old and work part-time from home and am trying to finish my PhD – so I have lots to keep track of!

I have a hard time keeping track of my husband’s work/travel schedule. He is an attorney that travels quite a bit lately and I always forget when he’ll be out of town. I need something to keep track of him (and me, too.) Thanks.

I have a hard time keeping tracking of my husband’s work schedule and my son’s social life. My husband is a teacher so he often works extra hours for no pay – but he doesn’t always remember to tell me which days those will be, LOL!

Sarah on April 1st, 2010 7:14 pm
We homeschool, the hardest thing is trying to fit in the school schedule with the rest of our life, plus the extra things we do and last but not least DINNER! I always love organizers that have a place for the menu plan!

Gloria on April 1st, 2010 8:17 pm
This would be wonderful to use to keep track of all my quilting projects. Might even get some quilts finished! Making sure to stop by all the “Blocks of the Month” Web sites that share them for free. If I miss one, sometimes you can buy them, sometimes they are gone forever!!! Those I don’t do, but maybe with the planner, I would!
Thanks.

I am a full time student along with being a wife and mother of two boys. I have yet to find a planner that works for me. My hardest thing to keep track of is study time for myself and scheduling time to exercise. I think as mother’s we are constantly taking care of everyone else and forget how important it is to schedule time for ourselves.
Shelley Kay on April 1st, 2010 8:25 pm
Thanks so much for a great review as a mom, wife, full time nurse and 3/4 time university student a well organized family friendly day planner is always a necessity and until this one I have yet to find one!!!!

Trying to keep track of my school schedule since I am a college student and all of my church schedule since I help in the children’s ministry. I also need a schedule to help with my life appointments.
Meegan on April 1st, 2010 8:45 pm
I love this planner – brilliant! I am a mom of three ages 5, 4 & 3, a foster mom to many coming in and out of our home, a volunteer for Relay for Life, Foster Parent Association, MOMS Club and church, and now the kids are entering the world of sports and dance practice. Yikes! I really need this. The hardest thing for me to keep track of in my schedule? Quality time for myself and date nights with my husband. We can get so wrapped up in work, volunteer and kids schedules that the renewal time gets forgotten. This planner will help me actually get it on the calendar!
Amanda on April 1st, 2010 8:50 pm

Bobbi on April 1st, 2010 9:15 pm
The hardest thing for me to keep track of in my schedule are my appointments. I write then all down on my multi-purpose calendar on the fridge but when I’m not at home, I’m lost. My brain just can’t remember all those dates anymore. Makes it hard to schedule playdates on the fly, demos for my home business and spontaneous get togethers with my other mom friends. My current planner has a two page spread for each day and I just find it too much of a chore to update and use 90% of the time. At 8×10 this one will fit in both the diaper bag and my home business tote bag. Great giveaway!
Happy Easter weekend!

Thanks for the givea-way!
The hardest thing to keep track of are birthdays and the like – I switched to putting them into my mobile-phone so that it reminds me the day of the birthday. That has been working fairly well for me!

I’m a mom with 10 kids. My husband is a coach for boxing and MMA. Between running my kids to their sports and running with my husband to his sporting events, we have music lessons Dr visits eye dr speech lessons church and of course the dreaded bills and don’t forget the dogs vet visits! On top of it all trying to homeschool and keeping track of school is hard! I think half of the world has me on speed dial to remind my of my appointments.(that got wrote done SOMEWHERE to never be seen again!) This planner will help out a ton! To be able to see everything at once all in one binder I might actually be organized to show up on time to the event! (instead of late as always)

well, i dont have a bunch of over-scheduled kids but, i am very busy nonetheless. i would love a calendar like this to keep myself organized with daily activities, menu plans and tasks for my home-based business and appointments. i too, hate the constant flipping back and forth to the monthly view to make sure i havent forgotten something and then make a mess of my plans. i hope to win one but, i may head over and buy one just in case.

my mind!! recently i was having a conversation on the playground with a new friend and i said, “yes, and i just love…(unusually long pause)”. i absolutely could not remember what i was going to say. the sad thing was that i happened to be really excited about sharing this information and drew a blank. i’m not even pregnant and only have 2 little ones, so i’ll blame it on too many ideas, reminders, etc floating around in my mind!

But I would sure like the ease of menu planning taken care of!!!

The hardest thing to keep track of…Driving. All the activities are down, it is just which adult is doing the drop off and pick up and is it a carpool night. I would love a new planner. This looks like a HUGE life-saver. I’m so busy I can hardly keep track of what day it is, let alone the things that I need to DO on that given day. Outlook is great, but I don’t have a smartphone so paper is better for me. Plus, there is something SO satisfying about crossing things on “the list”!

Thanks for doing the give away.

This is such a GREAT idea! I have post-it tabs on the month-at-a-glance pages on my current planner because I always need to flip back and forth. With this format, it would be easier to make doctor’s appointments, etc. that don’t conflict with the kids’ activities (or mine!). I am constantly calling back to reschedule because the conflict wasn’t written on both the weekly and monthly pages. The hardest thing for me to keep track of is sports practices and games.

For most of the year it is difficult to keep track of my son’s hockey schedule. I have a feeling though that this summer will also be difficult because my son is registered in 2 different daycamps, we are off for a couple of weeks with him and my parents are taking him for a week. I’m afraid that we’ll forget what week it is and take him to the wrong place. I will have to make sure I have a written schedule to follow.

I love the idea of seeing the full month and the week at the same time. What a novel idea! I’ll definitely keep this in mind at the end of the year.

You have no idea how unorganized my life is! I have 5 kids and DH & I both go to school full time. Our life is constant chaos!
Sharyn on April 4th, 2010 5:22 am
The thing I find hardest to keep track of is time for me, to nurture myself, or have time to think and plan…. it keeps getting lost in the myriad of daily busyness and caring for the family…. I’d like to find and keep and plan for some time for me as I find I am a much better mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend when I don’t ‘lose’ this.

LOVE that planner! Life has been getting so busy and I’ve actually missed a couple of appointments in the last few months because of not having them written down somewhere! What a great idea to have both views at one time since there are times we need to look way ahead and other times we need to look at just today and to not have to flip between the two is fantastic. Thanks for the tip!

My biggest challenge is planning time for myself and making sure I actually do it.
I love the looks of this planner!
Tina on April 4th, 2010 8:22 am
Wow, this would be great! I am a mother of 3 and business owner. I am always looking for great products to help me be organized!
Melisa on April 4th, 2010 10:55 am
I’d love to have one of these. The hardest things to keep up with in my schedule are the things that don’t have a specific date but need to be done “sometime this week” or “sometime this month”. I tend to lose track of things that aren’t associated with a specific date.
Cathy Tibbles on April 4th, 2010 11:10 am
This would be so awesome! I have yet to find a planner that I actually like!
Thank you!

I have 3 special needs children who see doctors regularly, a husband and my sister-in-law who sees doctors at least 6 times per week. I have a few appointments of my own to keep so I am always looking for a better way to organize these appointed.
Rosanna on April 4th, 2010 7:23 pm
Looks like a wonderful planner! And I love that you can see the whole month! This would help greatly with appointments ect.
MrsH on April 4th, 2010 7:51 pm
Ingenious! So exciting. I think my biggest issue is the to-do list. Each week/month I have a decent sense of what all I need to get done, but if I don’t do it that week then it never actually moves onto the next! I recently started using sticky notes for that purpose, but if there’s only one task left to do I often don’t move the sticky note…

I would love to win this. Unbelievable concept! With 3 kids and a live in mother-in-law I could use some help keeping it all under control.

I think the hardest thing for me is remembering what I have. As a stay-at-home-mom with two under 4 at home I have a really hard time sticking to a schedule, so when there is something that I need to do, or somewhere that I need to be I have a tendancy to forget. This would be a great way to combined my calendars to keep it all together, and hopefully get a bit more organized in my life. Thanks for this great give away.
Jenny on April 4th, 2010 10:41 pm
I really need this planner. May have to budget so that if I don’t win it, I can get one.

I have been looking for a planner like this for so long. I figured I would have to make one myself. So very exciting to see that soemone else feels the need to also visualize their weeks and months in a similar manner. I’ve been searching everywhere. Thank you.
Keli on April 5th, 2010 6:08 am
for me – everything! I am so unorganized it is crazy! I am trying so hard and this would be wonderful to help me. My two boys always have something going on and I usually go nuts trying to remember who needs to be where when. Thanks for the giveaway!
Rita on April 5th, 2010 6:16 am
Doctor appointments and my husband’s coumadin schedule (which changes all of the time) is a real hassle to keep straight. I am becoming more forgetful for some reason so I’m finding I have to make a schedule of all I want to accomplish each day. I’m still trying to get that one perfected.
Sounds like a great giveaway!

Hardest thing to manage in my schedule? Time for my workouts that are outside of my lunch hour. And the kids field trips, and special days at school.
Jennifer Reynolds on April 5th, 2010 8:42 am
I have 4 kids in various stages of their lives (19,11,6,3) and a husband. Plus I work PT, am the President of my mother’s group and a PTO Board member for my children’s elementary school. The amout of activities, appointments, committments and “TO DO” is simply overwhelming. This would be fantastic for this.
melanie on April 5th, 2010 8:52 am
the hardest thing right now to manage in my schedule is definitely weekly deep cleaning jobs, i am so busy doing daily cleaning, cooking and homeschool that i never can figure out how to fit in those big jobs. a planner would help me write everything out and get organized!
Renee on April 5th, 2010 9:23 am
with 4 kids, a full time job and a home based business (as well as roles for booster club, 4H, and scouts) I truly need something like this to keep my family’s life in check! Thanks for sharing these great finds!

Oh, this planner looks marvelous! Let’s see, the hardest thing to keep track of…life in general! As a homeschooling, piano teaching, performing mom of 3 (plus an adoption happening this year) I’m lucky to keep track of making sure the kids get fed regularly.
Thanks for the chance and the wonderful review!

This sounds great, I have been searching for the perfect planner for about a year. Something that I can write EVERYTHING down in, incuding meals, diary, to-do’s, info, etc.

What’s the hardest thing? Everything! I have a 17 yr old & a 5 yr old plus my own & hubby’s schedule to keep track of along with bill due dates, etc! I am always looking for a better way to streamline keeping track of our schedules!
Donese on April 5th, 2010 8:12 pm
This planner looks like it’s PERFECT! I always have to write and rewrite my to-do list every week when I don’t get things on the list done. Then I wind up missing stuff. I LOVE the concept of this planner!!

I have trouble keeping track of Doctor’s appointments I make months in advance. I don’t have a planner, so when the Doctor’s office gives me the appointment card for the next appointment I have to remember to write it on our wall calendar or I forget about the Dentist appointment for myself or my kids monhts later. A planner would help with this because I could write it in when I am at the Doctor’s office.
