My favorite comfort food is sliced mushrooms sauteed in butter and sprinkled with basil. Yum! Either that or Strawberries Romanov.

My go to comfort food is popcorn. If I want it fast I do the microwave popcorn but if I want the feel of back home, I’ll make it like I always watched my Dad do it on Sunday nights on the stove. The downside, I usually add much more butter than I probably should!
